Shipping Policy

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States.  We have tried to open our shipping internationally but have had very mixed experiences, most have been significant delays and tracking gaps for our clients.  It's a hard decision to choose NOT to open our shop to a larger population of pet-owners, but we know each individual client and their experience with us is important so we'll wait for now. 

We have a standard Shipping Fee which covers most Priority Mail shipments via the USPS. As all sales from this site will have a percentage of sales donated directly to Southwest Oasis Labrador Rescue (SOLR), we do not want to "hide" shipping costs into product pricing to then offer "free shipping" as an incentive. By leaving the cost of shipping as a standard fee, we can track shipping as a straight cost. We will not inflate it nor do we expect to earn profit on shipping.

We are trying to make it as transparent and as straightforward as possible.

PLEASE NOTE:  If you have selected "Priority Mail" please do not expect your item to arrive within 2-3 days. Unfortunately, we are still too small to carry all of the items in our shop. Most items in our Love Lab Life shop will be dropshipped from our production partner, located in the US. If we are having the item ship to us, then once we receive the item(s) from the manufacturer, we will THEN ship it Priority Mail to you. If you need an item quickly, we may not be able to help. And we will be as transparent as possible. 

We provide most shipping through the USPS.  Most items will be shipped via Priority Mail envelopes and boxes.  If you require FedEx, UPS, or DHL, we can work with you as we can either use your account number and refund any shipping we have charged you or make any adjustments to your order if there are cost changes due to the new service. 

We do not want to make any profit from shipping and will charge at cost or below. If you have multiple orders shipping to one address, we will combine the orders and refund any additional shipping costs that you incurred. If 1 item has free First Class shipping, we will try to see if it's feasible to include all remaining items with the free First Class package.  Any overages you may have paid, we will refund to you.

Please make sure you have read the shipping/delivery timelines for your products. We will combine your order and the item with the longest delivery window will direct the time when items will be delivered. If you have a specific date you need an item by, please just ask and/or include in the "Notes to Seller" box on your Checkout Page. 

Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
